- Listings quote biswa and bigha but convert them to sq ft inconsistently, so we work from the area on the land record. Listings seen in October 2026 in and near the city included 4 biswa in Panthaghati, 5 biswa in Chotta Shimla and Dudhli, and 2,481 sq ft in Kelston.
- Climate
- Cold.
