- Plots are quoted in sq ft and in square yards (1 sq yd = 9 sq ft). Listings seen in October 2026 included 100 sq yd (900 sq ft) on the Haridwar Highway, 1,000 sq ft in Bharat Nagar and Solanipuram, and 1,350 sq ft on Delhi Road.
- Climate
