The Nellore Municipal Corporation (NMC), for plots inside the city — Andhra Pradesh's Online Building Permission System (OBPS). Under the state's 2025 self-certification scheme, a licensed architect, engineer or town planner files the drawings online with a form signed by both the owner and themselves, and the permit issues as soon as the fees are paid. Within 7 days of the plinth beam, they upload an inspection report with geo-tagged photos.
