- The Ajmer Development Authority (ADA) or the Ajmer Municipal Corporation, depending on the area — Rajasthan's online Building Plan Approval System on the state SSO and Single Window Clearance System sites. Under the Ajmer Development Authority Act, 2013, no one may build within the jurisdiction of ADA or the municipal corporation without its permission. The plan is filed online as one CAD drawing prepared by a registered architect or engineer, choosing the development authority, urban improvement trust or urban local body, with affidavits, a structural stability certificate, the approved layout plan and photographs of the plot, and the approval certificate is downloaded there.
