- The Agartala Municipal Corporation (AMC) — AMC's e-Subidha online services portal, which checks the drawing file with Auto-DCR. An AMC-empanelled planner uploads the plan as a DXF file with the khatian parcha, registered deed, updated tax receipt and a signed self-certificate. AMC's 2026 risk table treats a building up to 14.5 m high, or on a plot of up to 500 sq m, as very low or low risk: the system approves it automatically, after fire and electricity NOCs where these are needed, and issues the certificate once the fee is paid online.

- Plots are listed in sq ft, and some also in guntha (3 guntha listed as 3,266 sq ft). Listings seen in October 2026 ran from 1,305 and 1,570 sq ft in Joynagar and 2,160 sq ft in Ramnagar to 2,600 sq ft in Banamalipur and 3 guntha in Dhaleswar and Durjaynagar.
