- the Jodhpur Development Authority (JDA) or the Jodhpur Municipal Corporation, depending on the area — Rajasthan's online building plan approval system on the state SSO portal. Rajasthan began approving building plans online on the SSO portal on 6 June 2016, promising a decision within 30 days. The state's Model Building Regulations 2025, issued on 12 May 2025, name the JDA among the bodies that are to adopt them.

- Plots are quoted in square yards, locally called gaj (1 gaj = 1 sq yd = 9 sq ft). Plot listings read in October 2026 included 250 gaj in Kudi, 272 gaj in Shastri Nagar, 318 gaj in Kudi Bhagtasni Housing Board and 333 gaj in Krishna Nagar.
