Since October 2022, residential plots of up to 105 sq m (about 1,130 sq ft) get a deemed permission online at once: the owner uploads the plan and pays the fee. The portal gives no stamped copy, so if a bank needs one, the owner asks the municipal body.

Plots are bought and sold in sq ft, while the online deemed permission is set in square metres: 105 sq m is about 1,130 sq ft. Listings seen in October 2026 show a 900 sq ft plot on Thandi Sadak, within that limit, and plots of 1,150 sq ft in Aman Colony and 1,250–1,500 sq ft in Jhadiya, just above it.
